About Marsha Stokes

Hailing from the Mississippi Delta, Marsha Stokes discovered the World’s Luckiest Fishing Village in 2008 and made it her home soon after. In 2019, she received her Florida Real Estate Paralegal certification as well as her Florida Real Estate license. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of West Florida in 2021. Professionally, she has nearly 10 years of experience in the title industry, including the last 8 years as a title closer, together with extensive administrative and customer service experience. In 2023, she passed the rigorous examination process to become a licensed Florida Title Agent.  Prior to joining Work Law Firm, she was a title closer for a prominent Shalimar, Florida law firm and at one of the largest title companies on the Emerald Coast.  Marsha has a unique skill set as an experienced title closer and law firm paralegal that she uses in every closing.  She has a passion for all things closing-related and leverages her extensive experience, always driven by her commitment to excel in every situation. The most enjoyable part of her job is making each transaction as smooth as possible (The Golden Rule). To show her dedication to the craft, she also operates her own mobile notary business as a “side hustle”.   

 When not at work, Marsha enjoys exploring all that the Emerald Coast has to offer as well as arts and crafts, reading, learning, attending festivals, shopping, cooking, and spoiling her grandchildren and canine pets.
